KeysDoes
Ctrl/Cmd + PlusZoom in
Ctrl/Cmd + MinusZoom out
Ctrl/Cmd + 0Reset zoom to 100%
Ctrl + R or F5Reload the current page
Tab / Shift + TabMove between controls
EscapeClose a dialog, menu, or filter panel

Zoom is remembered between launches. Reload just redraws the page — it does not lose anything you have saved, and saved is everything you have typed and stopped typing.

In the tables

Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, and Portfolio.

KeysDoes
↑ ↓ ← →Move one cell
EnterMove down one cell
Shift + arrowsGrow or shrink the selected block
Shift + clickSelect from the current cell to the clicked one
Ctrl/Cmd + CCopy the selected block
Ctrl/Cmd + VPaste, starting at the top-left of the selection
Delete / BackspaceClear every cell in the selection

Arrow keys stop at the edges rather than wrapping. Copied cells are tab-separated, so they paste straight into a spreadsheet — and spreadsheet cells paste back in.

See Working in the Tables.

In the transactions list

KeysDoes
EnterSave the row you are adding
EscapeCancel the row you are adding

In dialogs

KeysDoes
EnterConfirm — create the database, add the year, apply
EscapeCancel and close

The Unlock prompt is the exception: it cannot be dismissed, because there is nothing behind it until the database is unlocked. Use “Open a different database…” to leave.

In tab bars

The tabs on Home, Statements, Cash Flow Reports, and Preferences all follow the same pattern once one is focused:
